PAYMENT

Bring your current identification card or other document issued by the federal government or any state government that contains the photograph and signature of the acknowledging individual. Ex: State Driver's License, State Identification Card, U.S. Passport, U.S. Military I.D., Resident Alien I.D. (Green Card).

If you are required to pay any amount of money due at closing, be prepared to bring your payment to your signing appointment. If you have questions regarding types of acceptable payment, including payment by wire transfer, reach out to your loan officer to confirm the best way to proceed before your appointment.

CLOSING DISCLOSURE

Review the Closing Disclosure that was sent to you by your mortgage company. If you need clarification or have any questions on any information shown, contact your loan officer before your appointment. As a Notary Signing Agent, I am legally prohibited from explaining any of the information shown in your loan package.
